The mission of Project Nadaate is to protect local history, languages, and culture in Benin. We work in collaboration and consensus with Beninese nationals to provide resources and support for the creation of optional and free educational centers for Beninese youth.
Tucked away in the northwest region of the Republic of Benin, Cobly is a crossroads of cultures, religions, and languages.
In the morning in Cobly, neighbors and friends meet one another with the following greeting and response of the M'Berme language:
-Ayakana!
-Nadaate!
-(you and the sun!)
-(very good!)
We are Project Nadaate because we seek to answer the call of our friends in Cobly.
